Civil Procedure Code, 1908 – S. 96 and 100 – Interference with findings of trial court – Requirement of discussing oral and documentary evidence – when necessary:

Held, unless finding recorded by trial court ignores evidence in record or is erroneous, appellate court shall not interfere (Para 20).
