Legal Shorts: SC: High Court rightly altered conviction from Section 304/34 to 302/34, IPC.

Where the trial Court convicted the accused under Section 304/34, IPC, the High Court was of the view, that since the injuries caused by the appellants were sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause death and the appellants did intend to cause those injuries, and took the view that the offence was one under Section 302/34, the High Court was right in taking that view.
