Penal Code(1860), S.306- Evidence Act(1872), S.133A- Abetment of suicide – Persumption as to – Sweeping allegations of matrimonial cruelty by themselves not sufficient to give rise to presumption about accused in commission of suicide by deceased – Presumption u/s. 113A of Evidence Act thus not attracted.
