We invite unpublished, original research paper, articles and case studies from academicians, research scholars, students, corporate executives and social scientists on any issues related to contemporary management practices.

Submission Guidelines:
All manuscripts should be prepared in English only and follow APA 7th Edition Format.

Please Use ‘Times New Roman’ font, 12pt. size for running text; Bold, 14pt. for Headings and Italics, 12-point font for Subheadings.

The manuscript should have all the margins 1 inch (2.5 cm), 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment.

The manuscript should be around 3000 – 5000 words (excluding references) along with an abstract, not more than 300 words.

Paper or articles should be original and unpublished contribution.

The Editor reserves all rights to the selection of article/research paper.

There should not be end or footnotes.

References should be listed at the end of the article in APA 7th edition format and alphabetically sorted, clearly mentioning the sources including page/pages (website links if any).

The chapters/Research papers shall undergo the Double-Blind Peer Review Process. The plagiarism should be less than 10%.

The article/ research paper once submitted to this edited book should not be resubmitted simultaneously to other journals or elsewhere for consideration.

The author (s) name, designation, official/residential address along with e-mail ID should appear below the main title of the paper followed by abstract and then text, respectively.

Each manuscript must accompany the author (s) undertaking and should send along with the manuscript/article.

The article/paper should be submitted in the above-mentioned format on or before 1st March 2024

The article/paper received after the due date will not be accepted in any circumstances.
The filename of the manuscript should contain the names of all authors and the Title of the Paper, e.g., Arora_John_A Study of the New Criminal Laws) Submit the full-paper and undertaking to: intolegalworldilw@gmail.com (the subject line should contain: Edited Book 2025 and the first author's full name e.g., Edited Book 2022 William John).

Dr. Deependra Nath Pathak is an Associate Professor, Amity Law School, Amity University, Patna and Dr. Pathak awarded a Ph.D. from BBA Central University, Lucknow. He holds LL. B from Banaras Hindu University, LL.M. from BBA Central University, Lucknow. He has 8 years’ experience in university and 3 years in a judicial coaching. He had qualified for UGC-NET in Law. Dr. Pathak has numerous publication research papers and book chapters in UGC Care and Scopus index journal and has presented at various national and international conference. Dr Pathak is good motivater and his many students has served as a judicial officer, Law officer and other services.
Ms. Anupam Sinha is an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University, Patna. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Jaipur National University, Jaipur. She completed her LL.M. with a specialization in Business Law from Jaipur National University, Jaipur, and holds an LL.B. from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. Additionally, she earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from SMU, Udupi. Ms. Sinha has 8 years of teaching experience at the university level. She has published several articles and book chapters in prestigious national and international journals, including UGC Care and Scopus-indexed journals. She has delivered lectures as a guest speaker at various educational institutions. She has also received Copyright for her work and has applied for a patent for her scientific and innovative ideas, which is currently under process. Ms. Sinha has received several awards and recognitions, including International Mentor 2024, Utkrisht Shikshak Puraskar 2023, Life Member of Green Thinkerz Society 2023, Outstanding Scholar Award 2023, Bright Educator Award 2019, Teacher Innovation Award 2019, and an Appreciation Award from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University in 2018. She also serves as a reviewer for reputed journals and is a member of the editorial board for renowned publication houses.
Ms. Bhanu Priya is a dedicated legal professional practicing at the Patna High Court, known for her meticulous approach to complex legal matters and commitment to delivering effective legal solutions. With a robust academic background and practical experience, she has earned a reputation as a diligent advocate in the legal fraternity. She holds an LL.M degree from Amity Law School, Amity University, Patna, where she specialized in contemporary legal issues and developed a strong foundation in advanced legal concepts. Prior to this, she completed her B.A. LL. B from B.M.T. Law College, where she demonstrated a keen interest in constitutional law, criminal law, and litigation strategies. Bhanu Priya's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of legal domains, including constitutional matters, civil disputes, and criminal litigation. Her advocacy is characterized by persuasive legal arguments, a deep understanding of statutory provisions, and a client-centric approach to problem-solving. Beyond courtroom practice, she actively engages in legal research and continues to contribute to discussions on emerging legal trends. Her passion for justice, combined with her academic insights and practical experience, positions her as a promising advocate committed to upholding the rule of law and ensuring fair representation for her clients.
