Course Overview
The current course on “Comparative Criminal Procedure” is a joint initiative of CMR University, Bangalore and Into Legal World. The course Comparative is designed to provide a global perspective on the procedural aspects of criminal law. It explores how different legal systems handle criminal investigations, trials, sentencing, and appeals, with a focus on common law, civil law, and other legal traditions. By analyzing procedural similarities and differences across jurisdictions, students will develop a nuanced understanding of global criminal justice systems.
The course would benefit students and advocates looking for guidance in the world of criminal law with the advanced approach from the advocates of Supreme Court of India. After completion of the course, students has to give an exam to obtain certificates. Certificates will be provided by CMR University, Bangalore and Into Legal World.
