About the Legal Internship Opportunity
MB Jain & Partners, a prominent legal firm that focuses on corporate practice areas like Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Company Law, and Arbitration, is seeking to recruit 25 interns to join their team. This presents a great chance for law students located in Mumbai and Gurgaon to acquire hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of corporate law.
Duration
The internship will start from December and will continue for a minimum of 3 months.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, and contracts.
Assist with case preparation and client communication.
Support senior associates and partners in day-to-day tasks related to ongoing cases.
Eligibility
Strictly for students based in Mumbai (Preference for those living along the Western Line due to office location in Goregaon).
Law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
Minimum 3-month commitment required. Short-term interns need not apply.
