Requirements
Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience in Dubai.
Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s legal framework and business environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on a project basis.
Must be a resident of Dubai.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and business operations.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions.
PQE
Minimum 2 years
