The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is a statuary body which assists Central Board in administering compulsory contributory Provident Fund.

About the Position

The Zonal office of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation in Mumbai, which is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, intends to hire Panel Counsel(s) for the block year 2025-27 to represent the Central Board of EPF in various judicial forums.

Eligibility

The Advocate should have a bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
The Advocate should be enrolled/ registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
For Supreme Court, the Advocate should be registered as an Advocates-on Record.
The Advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 7 years for High Courts and other Courts in the State. For Supreme Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT a minimum of 10 years’ experience shall be required.
However, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax the experience or prescribe any other additional qualification or condition as deem fit.
